Where do you ship?
I currently ship to everywhere in the world except the EU, unfortunately. A new packaging law that requires yearly fees paid to each EU country prevents me from shipping there for the time being. Thanks for your understanding.
If you are local to LA we can arrange for pickup at no cost. I’ve included that as a shipping option in checkout.
How do you ship?
The majority of orders ship USPS ground advantage or UPS ground. International orders ship USPS.
Do you offer returns?
Because I run such a small operation, all sales are final. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. For items that are defective or damaged in transit, please contact me using the contact page within 48 hours of delivery. I will then respond with a request for photos. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If you’re not satisfied for any reason not covered by the above, please use the contact form to reach out.
How can I contact you?
You can reach me via my contact page. I usually respond within one business day.
How should I care of your ceramics?
I recommend you hand wash reasonably quickly after use to maintain the finish of the piece. Dishwashers can be harsh and cause pieces to chip from being jostled. Do so at your own risk. They are microwave safe, however.
Are your ceramics food safe?
Yes! Everything I make is meant to be used and enjoyed, even the 3D printed ones.
Do you make commissions or do wholesale orders?
I don’t make anything out of my normal range but feel free to ask via my contact page. As for wholesale, that depends on many factors. Please reach out for that as well.
Why does the piece I bought look different from the photo and have imperfections?
Because every piece I make is handmade and finished, each one will be unique. This means unless you’re buying an item that is an edition of one, it will look a little different from the photos. Small imperfections will likely also be present, such as tool marks, subtle asymmetry, or slight glaze irregularities. This is a feature of handmade work — not a flaw!
